FROM €495,-- PER PERSON / DAY IN 2-PERSON OCCUPANCY.
INCLUDES BREAKFAST/BRUNCH AND ALL PREMIUM INCLUSIVE SERVICES
Each additional adult person €129 per day
Children up to 6 years old are free
Children up to 16 years €69,-/day
Pets €35 per day
Minimum stay: Bookable from 3 nights - 2 nights are also possible upon request and subject to availability.
Arrival and departure: Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is possible subject to availability.
Deposit: 50% of the trip price if booked within 5 days
Final payment: The remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer no later than 5 days before arrival or can be paid in cash upon arrival.
Deposit: Upon arrival, a deposit of €500 will be charged by credit card as security for damages or additional services; this will be fully refunded after your departure, provided there are no complaints.
Luxury holidays with your four-legged friends:
Maximum 2 dogs/pets allowed - We charge €35 per day per pet.
* Fenced property and escape-proof for dogs
* Dog blanket, dog bowl and dog station available
* We kindly ask for your understanding that your pet is not allowed in the sauna, pool, beds, or sofas.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Our guests only have a choice between 2 exclusive holiday homes, therefore we must strictly adhere to our cancellation policy.
From the time of booking, 50% of the agreed total price is due.
Up to 1 month before arrival, 60% of the agreed total price is due.
Up to 1 week before arrival, 90% of the agreed total price is due.
In case of late arrival or early departure, we will invoice the full amount.
Travel cancellation insurance: We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance .
The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) and Austrian Hotel Contract Law apply.
